How far in advance should I book hire items?
It is recommended to book as early as possible, especially during peak seasons or holidays, to ensure availability.
Do you deliver?
We provide free delivery within a 10km radius of town centre or local pickup can be arranged.
Do you set up hire items?
All hire items are of new or recent manufacturing, meaning that product manuals are available online. If you are still unsure of how to set up an item, please give us a call or send us an email and we can send through a product manual.
What safety standards do your hire items meet?
We ensure that all hire items meet current safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned thoroughly.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the hire start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee.
My delivery address was entered incorrectly, will I still be charged?
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address being provided, the customer will still be charged the total daily amount. Re-delivery will be attempted the following day pending customer contact.
Is there a minimum hire period?
We have a minimum hire period payment that covers 1-3 days. If you only require the item for one or two days, it will incur the same fee as a 3 day hire.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Our hire periods run for up to 14 days (2 weeks). If you require a longer booking, please send us an email and we will try our best to accomodate you.
Can I rent additional items not listed on your website?
If there is a specific item you are after and it is not listed, please get in contact and we will see what we can arrange for you
Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the equipment you have agreed to hire from Exmouth Baby and Beach Hire (EBABH). By hiring this equipment, you agree to the terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payments are to be made through bank transfer and/ or PayPal.
Hire charges are calculated per day as agreed upon booking.
Delivery and Collection:
Delivery and collection details must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to start of hire.
Free delivery is offered within a 10km radius of town centre only.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to collect items if outside delivery zone unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing by EBABH.
Condition of Items:
All items are inspected for quality and cleanliness before hire.
Hirers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Use of Items:
Items are intended for normal domestic use only.
Safety guidelines provided must be followed at all times.
Items must not be modified or used for purposes other than intended.
Items are not lent to third partys.
Liability and Damages:
The hirer assumes responsibility for the proper use and care of items.
Exmouth Baby and Beach Hire is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of rented items.
Hirers are liable for repair or replacement costs due to damage, loss, or theft of items during the hire period.

Privacy Policy:
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Miscellaneous:
Exmouth Baby and Beach Hire reserves the right to refuse hire at its discretion.
